In the event of a technical interruption during gameplay, the comel33 system will record the last known game state and restore it once the connection is re-established. Round Cancellation

Comel33 reserves the right to void rounds or bets related to technical failures, game provider service disruptions, or any exceptional circumstances affecting the integrity of the game. In such cases, the original bet amount will be returned to the member's account.

Section 7 Player Conduct & Prohibitions

Comel33 members are required to conduct themselves responsibly and in good faith while using the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or player-versus-player games.
• Bonus abuse through the creation of multiple accounts, coordination between accounts, or other unauthorized methods.

• Fraud, identity impersonation, or submission of falsified documents during the KYC process.

Section 8 Account Security

• Valid game results may not be used as grounds for a damages claim against the platform.

In cases of account termination due to a breach of terms, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation. For account closures requested by the member with no breach involved, any valid balance will be returned after the review process is complete.

Section 11 Terms Amendment

Comel33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
