Get to Know comel33 Before You Register

Comel33 is an online entertainment platform dedicated to adult users in Malaysia. Since launching, the platform has successfully attracted over half a million active registered members — an achievement that reflects the online gaming community's trust in the quality, security, and reliability we deliver.

Unlike other platforms that may burden you with lengthy registration processes and troublesome KYC procedures from the start, comel33 is designed with a simple, user-friendly sign-up experience. In just three minutes, you can log in and explore our extensive game collection — from the latest video slots and live casino tables with real dealers, to local and international sports betting, fun bingo, and thrilling fish shooting games.

Registration Eligibility Requirements

Before clicking the register button, make sure you meet the following basic requirements set by comel33:

• Minimum age 18 years — Registration is open only to adults who have reached the age of 18. This is not merely a formality, but comel33's commitment to responsible gaming practices.
• Active Malaysian phone number — You will need a valid and active Malaysian mobile number to receive the OTP code for account verification purposes.
• Accurate personal information — Your username, password, and the information you provide must be accurate. False information may result in account suspension during the KYC verification process at the withdrawal stage.
• One account per individual only — Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts using the same information violates the terms of service and may result in account suspension.
• Not restricted by local laws — It is your responsibility to ensure that participation on an online gaming platform is lawful under the regulations in your location.

KYC Verification Process at comel33

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is an industry-standard process that confirms the identity of each member and prevents platform abuse. At comel33, the KYC process is designed to keep your gaming experience hassle-free:

• Early Registration — Only requires a username, phone number, and password. No documents are required at this stage.
• OTP Verification — An OTP code is sent to your phone to verify that the registered number belongs to you.
• Full KYC — Required only when you make your first withdrawal or when your account reaches certain transaction limits. Required documents include your identity card (MyKad) and a screenshot of your bank account.
• KYC processing time — Typically completed within 24 hours, with most cases approved within 2 to 4 hours on business days.
